HOUSE OF FREQS is the DJ duo reshaping the city’s soundscape—co-founded by @jordanwhereareyou and @c.b.smoove. These two don’t just spin—they tap directly into the energy of a room and then push it higher, deeper, weirder. Their sets blur genres and bend expectations, with a pulse that keeps bodies moving and minds locked in.
COBA, the new late-night gem in the heart of Deep Ellum, is quickly becoming the destination for Dallas after-hours. Great sound, immersive energy, and just the right kind of grit. The space itself hits—intimate, raw, with lasers courtesy of local lighting legends @dreambeamslasers cutting through the dark like a signal from another dimension. It’s a venue built for people who are serious about music—and for those who never want the night to end.

This past Friday night, 3/21, HOUSE OF FREQS took over COBA—and it was one of those nights. The music was relentless in the best way, the transitions were surgical, and the crowd came alive from the first drop to the final fade-out. The duo’s chemistry with the space was undeniable. Every frequency hit just right. Every laser beam landed like punctuation.
