Halloween really is one of the best holidays—it’s the one time of year people get to step out of their comfort zone and let their inner freak breathe. It’s also pretty much the only holiday, other than Christmas, that can stretch across two full weeks without being obnoxious. Everyone deserves their fix, and this year was no exception in, as Dallas has alreasdy gotten it in.
Prosthetics. Lace. Latex. Cowboys from the crypt. Zero filler—all killer looks—and we caught the chaos frame by frame. Shoutout to Best Costume: The Penguin. Oswald Cobblepot so dialed‑in he could walk onto a Tim Burton set tomorrow—top hat, flipper gloves, the unhinged waddle.
